We need lots of lime for the third wall corner posts and we need more iron bars to add more braziers around, they should be every 5 steps because 5 steps as far as I know is their shooting range.

Still need way more iron bars to defend the north walls finally and we need more brains and hides to feed the money from leather into the town bell. Plus last but not least we need more stone (dross is ok too from iron production, but granite is almost all gone).
